We have no children but we have a 5 year old niece that we spoil as often as possible! We moved away from the beach in 1990 and have had our own business for 12 years. I have been very involved in fundraising for the American Cancer Society and the Make-A-Wish Foundation for the past 7 years. I organize/host an annual cross stitch convention that's held in Myrtle Beach with attendee's that come from all over the world (8th year this year!). Ray enjoys building, repairing and playing guitars & other stringed instruments. Some of his custom guitars & mandolins are being played by professional musician's across the country. I'm looking forward to seeing some of my old friends at the reunion!

Graduated from Coastal Carolina with a degree in Graphic Design and have worked for Calvin Gilmore (The Carolina Opry) and Wild Wing Plantation as their graphic designer. Tammie with husband Gene and sons John and Nick

TAMMIE (DECKER) MILLER: Gene and I just celebrated our 15th Anniversary and have two very active "SWEET" boys - John (14) and Nick (12). We live in the Conway area and the boys attend Carolina Forest schools. They are involved in baseball, football, wrestling and band. And naturally one is a Clemson fan and the other Carolina, so you can imagine the commotion that can go on. As a family we like to do anything that keeps us active, currently our thing is camping and riding dirt bikes. For 10 years I worked at a local insurance company working my way up to Vice President and Manager of IT and then recently decided that I wasn't doing what I enjoyed so now I work for the insurance division of BB&T working on software conversions, system designs and workflow analysis. The best part is I work from home and travel around the country. It has been a while since I have seen a lot of you and I look forward to getting together.

BRIAN SHELTON:  I am currently serving over here in the Persian Gulf in support of Operations Enduring/Iraqi Freedom. From looking at the weather online, the temp difference between here and there is about 40 degrees. We hit a high of 110 yesterday and it looks like today is going to be even hotter. I will be over here of the next 4 months but while I'm gone, my wife will be busy moving into our new home in Summerville. I am kind of jealous of her as this is our first purchase of a home and she gets to do it all. We decided to buy there in Chuck town because I am nearing the retirement mark in my military career and we like the area. Whether I retire at 20 or continue on is still up in the air. I have to go, the war is calling so be sure to tell all at the next meeting I am thinking of them all and can't wait to get back for the reunion. Have a great and safe summer.

CRAIG ALLISON: My wife, Cathy, and I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We have a 5-year-old son, Collin, and he is a chip off the old block, (my apologies to society at large). After spending many years in the optical industry, I changed direction in 2000 and am now Vice President of Business Development for a national mortgage service firm located in Coral Springs, Florida. Cathy works in an Ophthalmology center in Boca Raton. I still surf now and then and am very passionate about flying, which I've been doing for about 13 years. Collin has caught the aviation bug also and he practices his skills on our flight simulator at home. I guess the big news is that we are expecting our second child this year. I'm hoping for a girl this time! We are looking forward to seeing everyone in September.

Janet with husband Charlie, son Alex (8) & daughter Ciara (6)
JANET (WELCH) RUFFALO: My husband Charlie (49) and I have been married for 12 1/2 years. We dated for alomost four years and waited almost five years before we had our family. Traveling was a big part of what we did. Finally, in 1997 we had our son Alex (8) and in 1999 came Ciara (6). Remember the perfume "Ciara"? Yes, our daughter is named for a perfume. Turns out it's Italian for "clear and pure" and since Charlie's Italian... it works!  Charlie owns a sub shop across the street from Winthrop University in Rock Hill. That's where we met during my senior year. After graduation I worked as an Activity Coordinator in a Retirement Community for five years then for 2 years I worked in our sub shop (Sub Station II). Now I stay at home with Alex and Ciara and love every minute of it. I also double as the "pool girl" and "lawn mower woman". I still enjoy riding waves now and then, skating, rollerblading, and I've even picked up a fever for woodworking. I've made my kids a castle bed, a bed for Ciara like a house, an arbor, a tree house, a few doll houses, picnic tables, book shelves...you name it. I love it. We live in Rock HIll near Lake Wylie... look us up of you're ever in the area.

MARY DELLE (WORSLEY) ROBINSON: Greetings from San Diego, Classmates! My family is currently halfway through a 3-year "vacation" in southern California and enjoying every minute of it. It's our 10th move in 15 years...life in the Marine Corps has been quite an adventure. My husband, Dave, flies F/A-18s in the USMC, and we are currently stationed at Miramar, CA, where he is commanding officer of a jet squadron here (not deployed to the war at this time--whew!). We have three fantastic children: Abbey (10), who is almost my height and quite the "tweenager" already; Drew (7), our zealous boy who loves life and everything about it; and Audrey (5), sweet "baby" of the family who prays for a puppy daily (the next addition to our family--soon). Life is busy but oh so rewarding. Besides managing the homefront, I teach group fitness and coordinate/advise a number of military spouse organizations. Anyway, I love excuses to visit the "homeland" and will do my best to make it to our reunion. Hope to catch up with you there. ~ :-) Mary Delle

Mike with wife Annissa

MIKE GILLAND: In October, Annissa and I will celebrate our 6th anniversary and our daughter, Rivers, 4th birthday. Thank God she got her mother’s looks and figure. She does have her daddy’s wit and personality though! We are living happily right here in Myrtle Beach and have no plans to go anywhere at this time. After spending 8 years in the beer business I shifted gears and started selling liquor. I’m now starting my 9th year with The Ben Arnold co., which is the largest liquor & wine distributor in SC. 17 years in the adult beverage business, go figure! I guess having all of those keg parties was good practice. Annissa is from Blenhiem, SC. Home of Blenhiem ginger ale. She’s currently employed at Liberty Steakhouse & Brewery located at Broadway at the Beach where she runs the bar during the day. At night she’s a fulltime babysitter for Rivers and myself! We all love going boating on the river and the inlet. Rivers loves the water and has been swimming since before she was a year old. Enough for now, I can’t wait to see everyone in September!

RIK EDGAR: I'm living in Irmo, SC with my wife Amy Geier Edgar and our daughter Madeleine Grace who was born on April 17, 2005. Maddie is our first child and yes I know I waited a long time to have kids. My wife is from Pittsburgh and is very talented writer. I met her across from a box of Tide at Target. Luckily, she likes the same detergent as I do or our paths would have never crossed. I'm still not sure why she chose to marry me, but I very happy that she did. I have had lots of jobs since high school. Currently, I manage the Children's Cancer Center in Columbia, SC. Before that I was on the staff of the South Carolina Men's Basketball team for five seasons and worked for the SC Film Commission. The two coolest things I did was recording interviews for the Steven Spielberg Shoah Foundation (no, I didn't get to meet him) and working for the American Pavilion Media Center at the 1994 Cannes Film Festival. Most recently, I lived out my childhood dream of traveling to Fenway Park, sitting on the Green Monster and watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees 17-1.
